By accessing, subscribing to, or using PlaySmarters IPTV service ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2 Description of Service

PlaySmarters provides an IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) streaming service that includes access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and related features including:

• Access to 36,000+ live IPTV channels from worldwide broadcasters
• A video-on-demand library of 137,000+ movies and TV series
• 7-day catch-up and Electronic Program Guide (EPG) functionality
• Anti-Freeze™ 8.3 streaming technology for buffer-free playback
• Technical support via WhatsApp during subscription period

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Content availability, channel lists, and features may change at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any specific channel or content.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the Service, you will receive IPTV credentials (M3U URL or Xtream Codes) after completing your subscription purchase. You agree to:

• Keep your credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties
• Use your subscription only on the number of simultaneous devices permitted by your plan
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your credentials
• Provide accurate information when contacting support

Each subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute your access credentials to any third party.

4 Subscription & Billing

PlaySmarters offers subscription plans on a prepaid basis. Pricing, available plans, and connection options are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

• Payment: All payments are processed securely. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
• Activation: Subscriptions are activated within minutes of confirmed payment via WhatsApp or email.
• Renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You must manually repurchase when your subscription expires.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions.
• Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

5 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your subscription credentials
• Use the Service for any commercial broadcasting or public display
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures or security features
• Use the Service to stream content in jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited by law
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6 Intellectual Property

The PlaySmarters name, logo, website design, and proprietary technology (including Anti-Freeze™) are owned by PlaySmarters and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content streamed through the Service is owned by the respective broadcasters and content providers. PlaySmarters acts as a technical intermediary and does not claim ownership of any streamed content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal use only. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content accessed through the Service.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• Availability of any specific channel, program, or content
• Compatibility with all devices or IPTV player applications

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlaySmarters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ceases immediately
• Your credentials will be deactivated
• Refunds for remaining subscription time are handled per our Refund Policy

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Subscriptions are prepaid and non-cancellable mid-term unless covered by our Refund Policy.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
